Can I use APNA WAHAN if I’m not travelling daily?

Yes, you can. APNA WAHAN is designed for daily irregular commute. If you’re taking the trip regularly, you can opt for a weekly or monthly subscription pass. The subscription pass offers many benefits like free cancellation, and will lead to savings per ride

How do I find a bus that suits me?

From the home page, simply select predefined pick up and drop locations as FROM & TO and we will recommend the best stop & bus timing for you. To see other stops near you and the route that your bus will take, click on the ‘View Stops’ button. You can also prebook depending on choice of date and time.

How do I find my stop?

We provide you with the exact location of the stop, that help you identify exactly where you are supposed to stand to catch the bus. To check how far the driver is from the stop you can also check the “location app” once you book your ticket. This allows you to come once bus is in range.

How long will the bus wait at my stop?

Our buses usually run on time. After you’ve booked your ride, you will be able to track the bus and it’s ETA to your stop. We recommend you to arrive at the stop at least 2 minutes before the scheduled time of the bus. We strive to ensure that you don’t have to wait at the stop for too long

What happens if I change my plans to travel?

We give you the flexibility to reschedule your ride to an earlier or later time, as per your schedule. This can be simply done from within the app and it takes only a few clicks to modify your ride to a new time.
